Spaces between words do not count as letters.

Bold uppercase block letters.

What You Receive

You will receive one separate foam piece for each letter in the word or name entered.

For example:

If you order:

JORDAN — 6 letters

You will receive:

J
O
R
D

N

as six individual foam pieces.

The letters are not connected together.

You do not need to order repeated letters separately when using the Word or Name Set.

For example:

HAPPY

contains five letters:

H
A
P
P
Y

Simply select:

5 Letters — $25

and enter:

HAPPY

We will prepare both P's as part of the set.

This is one of the biggest advantages of this product compared with ordering individual letters.

You may enter a short phrase or multiple-word name using spaces.

Spaces are not physical pieces and are not included in the letter count.

BABY GIRL

BABY = 4 letters
GIRL = 4 letters

Enter:

You will receive eight individual letters.

Ampersands, punctuation, logos, script fonts, connected words, specialty characters, or unusual designs are considered custom forms.

Each letter measures approximately 7 inches in height and 1 inch in thickness.

Width varies by character. A narrow letter such as I will naturally be narrower than a letter such as M or W.

Letters are cut from unfinished pink rigid insulation foam. Minor variations in surface texture or cut finish may occur because the pieces are individually prepared.

Karl Draw Forms are intentionally sold unfinished so you can create the final look.

Foam-safe decorating options may include:

• Water-based acrylic paint

• Craft paint

• Paper

• Fabric

• Glitter

• Ribbon

• Lightweight embellishments

• Foam-safe adhesives

Important

Avoid applying solvent-based spray paints, adhesives, or coatings directly to the foam. Some solvents can damage or dissolve rigid foam.

If using a specialty product, test it on a small area first or properly seal the foam before application.

Some letters have flat bases and may stand independently.

Other characters may need to be:

• Laid flat

• Leaned against a surface

• Mounted

• Supported

• Attached to a display

Freestanding ability is not guaranteed for every character.

This is especially important for letters with rounded or angled bases.

Standard Processing

Unfinished Word or Name Sets are generally prepared within:

3–5 business days

Larger orders may require additional production time.

Processing time begins after the order information has been verified and does not include shipping or delivery time.

Each letter is individually prepared for your order. All foam letter sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
