Shipping & Pickup Policy

Processing Time
Standard unfinished Karl Draw Forms products are generally prepared within:
3–5 business days
unless another timeframe is shown on the product page.
Larger orders, personalized orders, custom work, or periods of high order volume may require additional processing time.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Need-By Dates
Customers may provide a preferred need-by date.
A need-by date is provided for planning purposes and does not guarantee delivery by that date unless Karl Draw Studio expressly confirms the deadline.
Shipping
Available shipping options and charges are displayed during checkout when applicable.
Foam products are lightweight but dimensional. Shipping costs may therefore be affected more by package size than by product weight.
Shipping Timeframes
When Karl Draw Studio advertises a shipping timeframe, we will make reasonable efforts to meet it.
Federal rules require internet sellers to have a reasonable basis for promised shipment times and to address delays appropriately when the promised shipping period cannot be met.
Carrier Delays
Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, transit delays caused by weather, carrier operations, incorrect customer addresses, or other circumstances outside our direct control may affect arrival dates.
Contact us if a shipment appears lost or materially delayed so we can assist with available carrier procedures.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Local Pickup
When local pickup is available, select it during checkout where offered.
You will receive notice when your order is ready.
Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that the order is complete.
Pickup instructions and location information will be provided with your ready notification.
Unclaimed Pickup Orders
Orders should be collected within the timeframe communicated in the pickup notification.
