All Sales Are Final

Because Karl Draw Forms products are individually cut, prepared, or made for each order, all product sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Individual foam letters

  • Individual foam numbers

  • Word or Name Sets

  • Standard foam forms

  • Custom-sized forms

  • Custom shapes

  • Personalized products

  • Custom fabrication

  • Made-to-order products

Please review all product details and order information carefully before completing your purchase.

Individual Letters & Numbers

Individual letters and numbers are prepared specifically for your order.

Once an order has been placed, products are not returnable or exchangeable because of:

  • Ordering the wrong letter or number

  • Ordering the wrong quantity

  • Changing your mind

  • No longer needing the product

  • An event being changed or canceled

  • The character not standing independently

  • Deciding you wanted a different size

  • Deciding you wanted a different style

  • Damage caused while painting, decorating, mounting, or modifying the product

Word & Name Sets

Word and Name Sets are personalized according to the information submitted with your order and are final sale.

The customer is responsible for confirming:

  • Correct spelling

  • Correct number of letters

  • Correct word or name

  • Any other personalization information

Example

If you enter:

JORDAN

you must select:

6 Letters — $30

If the spelling or letter count submitted by the customer is incorrect, Karl Draw Forms is not responsible for remaking the order at no charge.

Orders containing conflicting information may be placed on hold while we attempt to contact you.

Custom Work

Custom Orders Are Final Sale

All custom-designed, custom-sized, personalized, specialty, and made-to-order products are final sale and are not returnable or exchangeable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom foam forms

  • Oversized letters or numbers

  • Specialty shapes

  • Connected words

  • Logos

  • Custom displays

  • Props

  • Scenic elements

  • Sculptures

  • Fabricated pieces

  • Custom installations

Because custom work requires dedicated design time, production time, materials, and scheduling, a customer's decision to change or cancel the project does not automatically create a right to a refund.

For larger custom projects, payment, cancellation, design revision, and project termination terms should also be included in the individual proposal or project agreement.

Consultations & Design Services

Concept Clarity Sessions, Design Blueprints, creative direction, design development, and similar professional services compensate Karl Draw Studio for professional time and creative work.

Once a consultation has been completed or design work has begun, fees for work already performed are nonrefundable.

Rescheduling and cancellation terms may be provided when the service is booked.

When Karl Draw Made the Error

We Will Make Our Errors Right

A final-sale policy does not mean you should accept an order that Karl Draw prepared incorrectly.

Contact us promptly if:

  • You ordered B and received D

  • You ordered two letters and received one

  • The word or name we prepared does not match the information correctly submitted with your order

  • You received the wrong size from the size stated in your order

  • The item arrived materially damaged

  • The product is materially defective

When Karl Draw Studio is responsible for the error, we will review the issue and, as appropriate, repair, replace, correct, or refund the affected item.

Damaged During Shipping

If an order arrives materially damaged, contact Karl Draw Studio within 3 calendar days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photographs of the item

  • Photographs of the shipping box and packaging

Keep the item and packaging until the claim is resolved.

What Is Not Considered a Defect

Because Karl Draw Forms products are cut from unfinished rigid foam, the following are not automatically considered defects:

  • Normal foam surface texture

  • Minor surface variations

  • Minor variations in unfinished edges

  • Slight dimensional variations

  • Width differences between different letters

  • Visible unfinished foam texture

  • A letter's inability to stand independently

Each character has a different shape, and freestanding ability is not guaranteed.

Customer Modifications

Karl Draw Studio is not responsible for damage caused after delivery by:

  • Paint

  • Spray paint

  • Solvents

  • Adhesives

  • Chemicals

  • Heat

  • Cutting

  • Drilling

  • Mounting

  • Gluing

  • Improper support

  • Improper installation

  • Customer modification

Products that have been altered, painted, decorated, mounted, or otherwise modified remain final sale.
